•      When do we pay you?

Studio sessions

To secure your date and time, the first hour of the session must be paid in advance (£100). This payment includes 3 professionally edited images. Any additional images can be purchased later according to the current price list.

Branding sessions

The full session fee must be paid at the time of booking to confirm the date.

• Cancellation Policy

The booking fee is fully refundable if you cancel with more than 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

• Who owns the copyrights?

Copyright remains with me, the photographer.

• For studio sessions you receive a personal use licence – you may print the images for yourself and share them on social media for non-commercial purposes.

• For branding sessions you receive a full commercial licence – you may use the images for your business, marketing, website and advertising.

Studio session images may not be used for any form of self-promotion or business advertising. If you would like to use your images commercially, please book a branding session instead.

• Is traveling cost included?

For branding sessions on location, travel is included within Cardiff and up to a 15-mile radius. Travel outside this area is charged individually and will be quoted before booking.

• What if I want a session tailored to my needs?

I offer two clear types of sessions: Studio sessions (for women who want empowering, personal portraits) and Branding sessions (for professional headshots and business imagery).

If you have something specific in mind, just let me know and I will happily create a custom package that suits your goals.

• Why should we choose you?

If you’re looking for natural, confident and timeless portraits that actually feel like you, you’re in the right place. I specialise in relaxed studio photography for women – empowering headshots, self-love portraits and personal branding sessions. My style is gentle and natural: less forced posing, more real emotion and confidence.

I create a safe, calm and supportive environment so you can feel beautiful and relaxed in front of the camera.

• Do we have to meet in person before the shoot?

No, it’s not required. We can handle everything through email or video call. However, if you’d like to meet first, you’re welcome to book a short pre-shoot consultation at the studio (free of charge).

• Can someone accompany me during the studio photoshoot?

From experience, most women feel more relaxed and get better results when it’s just the two of us. That said, you are welcome to bring one person (friend or partner) for support. Please do not bring more than one guest.

The studio is located in a secure business centre in Cardiff Bay with on-site security and is fully wheelchair accessible.

• Do you take group photos?

My studio is optimised for individual portraits, couples and very small groups (max. 4 people). For larger groups I recommend an outdoor location instead. These are priced individually.

• Can I bring my pet?

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the studio. However, I’m very happy to arrange an outdoor or at-home session with your furry friend.

• What kind of photography do you offer?
