International Women’s Day Giveaway T&C

    1. Organiser
      This giveaway is organised by Evita Pics, Cardiff, United Kingdom (“Organiser”).

    2. Entry Period
      The giveaway opens at 00:01 on 1 March 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 7 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be included.

    3. Eligibility

    • Open to UK residents aged 18 and over.

    • The prize is intended for a woman aged 18+ only. If a male participant wins, the prize must be gifted to a woman who meets the eligibility criteria.

    • Only one entry per person per platform is permitted. Multiple entries on the same platform may be disqualified.

    • Employees of Evita Pics and their immediate family are not eligible.

    1. How to Enter
      Participants must complete the following depending on platform:

    Facebook:

    • Follow the Evita Pics Facebook page.

    • Comment on the official giveaway post and tag a woman who inspires them (tag, not name).

    • Participants are encouraged (not required) to share the post and invite friends to enter.

    Instagram:

    • Follow @evitapics on Instagram.

    • Comment on the giveaway post and tag a woman who inspires them.

    • Participants are encouraged to share the post in their Instagram Stories.

    • Each valid entry will receive a unique entry number in reply to their comment. Only entries with assigned numbers will be included in the draw.

    • Entries from Facebook and Instagram will be combined into one single list for the winner selection.

    1. Winner Selection

    • The winner will be selected at random during a live draw on 8 March 2026.

    • Only entry numbers will be drawn, not names.

    • The live draw will be streamed on Facebook Live and via Instagram Stories, with the Facebook Live available for 24 hours.

    • The winner will be contacted via Facebook or Instagram direct message and must respond within 5 days. If no response is received, Evita Pics reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

    1. The Prize
      The prize includes:

    • One complimentary 1-hour women’s studio photoshoot in Cardiff.

    • Five (5) edited digital images selected by the photographer.

    Additional conditions:

    • The photoshoot must take place before 31 March 2026.

    • The prize is non-transferable (except as noted above), non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    • Make-up, styling, and wardrobe are not included.

    1. Session & Usage Conditions

    • The photoshoot forms part of a promotional studio project.

    • Signing a Time for Prints (TFP) agreement is mandatory prior to the session.

    • By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that images from the session may be used by Evita Pics for promotional and marketing purposes, including:

      • Website, social media, portfolio, print materials, paid online advertising, and sponsored campaigns.

    • Final image selection remains at the sole discretion of the photographer.

    1. Data Protection

    • Personal data will be used solely for administering this giveaway and contacting the winner.

    • No personal data will be shared with third parties.

    1. General Terms

    • Evita Pics reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the giveaway where necessary due to circumstances beyond reasonable control.

    • This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

    • By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
